Beyond Manifesting
How to create with energy
It’s been very interesting to follow your attempts at identifying the object I placed on last week’s chair. As I’m writing this, I haven’t received the correct answer yet. However, some of you have been very close – the correct colour and so on – and one reader even got the teddy bear, which was the correct answer to the psychic exercise from the week before.
The correct answer to last week’s exercise in Time and Peace was a red apple. Many of you saw a red rose, which I think was close enough given the colour.
So rest assured – it works. You just need to tune into my frequency, and you will see it.
This time, I decided to add a small exercise to help you turn your attention to the correct vibration. Remember, you don’t need to close your eyes – you can read this with your eyes open. Or, if you have the Substack app, you can listen via the AI voiceover by pressing the play button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enjoy!
First, take a deep breath – hold it for a moment, and breathe out slowly.
Take a moment to relax and focus on your breath. Just clear your mind and relax.
Imagine a landscape. There’s a green valley in front of you, and in the background – high, steep mountains. The mountaintops are covered in white snow.
Above you is a clear blue sky and a bright yellow sun.
You are soaking in the warmth of the sun while breathing in the cold, fresh mountain air.
You have now tuned into the vibration I have set into this image.
Take a moment to enjoy the view.
You will now see a symbol appearing before your inner eyes.
What did you see? Let me know in the comments, or DM me!
As always, let’s grow telepathically together. Share this with your friends and family and see whether they’re up for this psychic challenge!
Now let’s get back to this week’s article.
I’ve been thinking about this article for quite some time. It’s as if the thought of it won’t go away. Yet I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to write it. Why?
Because it’s about a subject so powerful that I feel I need to step up my game a bit. And also – with this power comes great responsibility. This power can be used for purposes we deem good, as well as for purposes we deem bad.
I’m going to teach you how to create using energy. A skill so powerful that it may transform your life – and powerful enough to have an impact on the lives of others. Learning this skill comes with both a warning and a reminder: you are responsible.
You may have noticed how some people have a certain pull – everyone notices them when they enter a room. It’s almost as if they can command the room, steer the gravitational force around them as they wish. They almost always get what they want.
We often explain this by giving them labels such as manipulative, narcissistic, and so on. And while some of these people do have such traits, not all of them do.
This is a skill that some people are simply born with. Unfortunately, most of us are not. For most of us, this takes practice – and, not least, patience.
You have probably tried manifesting. Like most people, you’ve experienced times when it seemed to work, and times when it didn’t – or at least didn’t give you the result you were hoping for.
You may have read a lot about manifestation: various advice on how it works in theory. That you should become the vibration of what you want to achieve – bla bla. If you want money, you should feel like you already have a lot of money, and so on. And maybe, if you’re afraid, you’ll manifest the thing you’re afraid of. Oh no!
Well – the above may not be wrong. But here’s the thing no one tells you: manifesting isn’t just about techniques. For most people, it takes both practice and a lot of inner work. You know – that boring and tough part of personal development.
What’s even worse is that you’ll actually have to go out into society and claim what you’ve been trying to achieve on the mental plane. You can’t sit in hermit mode and expect the love of your life to suddenly appear – or a million dollars to show up in your bank account.
Physical reality is slow. Our universe is basically capped at the speed of light, which makes this reality stable. However, it also means that it takes time for things to materialise. Changing something may require a lot of energy.
What we tend to misunderstand about manifestation is that it isn’t something that happens only in our minds – it takes both the mind and your hands to create something. That’s why I prefer talking about creating with energy, rather than manifesting. Because what you really want to learn is how to create with energy.
For starters, everything is energy – your mind as well as everything around you. From the table in front of you to the chair you’re sitting on, even consciousness itself. It’s all energy.
To illustrate: if you want to paint a painting, you first need the idea to paint. That’s clearly a mental exercise. But to execute that idea, you may need to physically buy paint, brushes, and a canvas. Only once you have all your materials can you execute the painting itself. Most of your time and energy will be spent in the physical – buying things and actually doing the work.
Hence, the first rule of creating with energy is this: there’s no division between mind and matter – it’s all just energy.
Since everything is energy, it’s also useful to remind ourselves of some of energy’s properties.
According to the law of conservation of energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed – only transformed from one form to another, or transferred between objects.
Here’s the other important thing to understand: although our universe is reasonably stable, it’s always in motion. Everything is moving, changing. The universe expands. Earth orbits the Sun. Your reality is in a constant state of change. Just look at the news. Sometimes change happens fast; sometimes it feels slow – but everything is always in motion.
You never step into the same river twice.
When creating with energy, it’s important to remember this. If you become too exact, too inflexible or rigid about what you want to achieve, creation becomes impossible – at least with the outcome you had in mind. The future you create will never look exactly like the future you can imagine right now. It’s like aiming at a target moving in all and every direction at ones.
Creating with energy therefore requires an open mind – a sense of direction rather than a fixed image of how things should be.
Have you ever had a lucid dream – a dream in which you are consciously awake? If you have, you’ve probably noticed how easily things manifest in that state. If you desire something to happen, it happens.
But even in a lucid dream, everything is in motion. One moment you’re in a house, the next in a submarine, and suddenly you find yourself in the desert. It’s chaotic and unstable compared to life on Earth.
You might wish for someone you love to appear – and they do. Maybe you’re hoping for a romantic experience (yes, we all do that sometimes). You’ll probably get it. But even then, it’s still like aiming at a moving target.
You lean in for a kiss – and just as it’s about to happen, your crush transforms into something completely different. A stranger. An unrecognisable form. These things happen all the time in lucid dreams.
And the same thing happens in physical reality.
We form a picture of where we want to be. We work toward it – and then something shifts. We may experience it as a backlash. We may conclude that our manifestation failed. When in fact, it’s reality changing.
It’s not the universe testing you. It’s simply energy in motion. You didn’t miss the goal – the goal changed.
That’s why setbacks are part of the process. Don’t get too upset. Instead, go back to the drawing board. Back to your mind. Keep creating.
Stress and anxiety often arise in these moments. But this is precisely when you should step back. You don’t want to create with energy when you’re anxious or stuck in a low vibrational state.
You’ve probably met people who seem less intelligent or skilled than you – yet they succeed at almost anything they decide to do. Do you know why?
Because they’re not stuck in their heads. They’re doers, not thinkers. And while that sometimes leads to failure, it often leads to success. They act. They create in physical reality.
You’re probably more of an overthinker – just like me. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading this, right?
Being an overthinker isn’t necessarily bad. But it’s not ideal when you want to create with energy. As mentioned above, you need both your mind and your hands. If you stay stuck in your head, very little gets created in the physical world.
Overthinking also tends to generate anxiety. You’ve probably heard that low vibrations – fear, stress, worry – affect manifestation. That’s partially true. However, plenty of anxious overthinkers build impressive careers and businesses. They create success even though they’re fuelled by fear.
The fear may not impede their manifestation, however, they never enjoy what they’ve created.
That’s the real danger of anxiety is not that it attracts more misfortune, but that it robs you of joy.
When creating with energy, you want to create from a relaxed state of mind. From emotional balance. From peace. This matters both mentally and physically.
You know how food cooked with love always seems to taste better? Same ingredients. Same recipe. Completely different result.
Most of us remember our grandmothers’ cooking – not because it was fancy (mine often used semi-prepared food), but because it was made with love. With intention.
That intention matters.
That’s how creating with energy works. To truly excel, you need intention – mentally and physically.
Creating with love will never fail you.
Consider love the most powerful tool in your toolbox.
To sum things up:
Manifestation techniques are useful – but what you really want to learn is how to create with energy. And to do that, you need to understand the basics:
Creating with energy isn’t limited to visualisation. There’s no division between mind and matter – you create with both your mind and your hands. As above, so below.
Your world is constantly changing. A rigid picture of how things should be will only lead to disappointment.
Create from a state of peace. Intention matters. Creating with love is your most powerful tool.
Now – go out and create with energy and love.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend. Next week, we’ll continue exploring how to create with energy – and how to become the energy you want to create.

I didn't see a symbol, but the words "crossed" came to mind.
Symbol = infinity ♾️
